Windfinder was founded in 1999. The idea was - and still is! - to inform our users where to find the best wind and weather conditions for their sport. During this time, we had to deal with a lot of changes - technologies changed from pager notifications to SMS to Internet to Apps to Mobile, the competitive landscape changed, the user expectations changed,and with all these changes we had to change our product and business, too. This session will tell you about what we learned in this process.
