avatar for Lille

While studying at Muthesius Art College the two career-changers Max Kühl and Florian Schleske experimented with hops, malt and yeast for more than half a year. The result is a very special beer: The “lille” lager.
Three different types of malt and five types of hops create a full body and a complex aroma. After fermentation, the beer rests for another two weeks on selected hops.
Due to the so called “cold hopping” process, essential oils from the hop get into the “lille” lager and create a balanced bouquet with notes of wild berries, citrus fruits and fresh herbs.
